Do all plans include the same features?
Yes. Every plan includes invoicing, purchases, accounting, banking, reconciliation, reports, documents, the AI assistant, and base inventory with 1 location. What changes is users, issued invoices per month, and included AI credits.
Do prices include IVA?
No. Prices are in USD and the 13% IVA is added at checkout to every charge: plans, add-ons, and credit packages.
Is advanced inventory an add-on?
Yes, it costs $50/month + IVA. Base inventory and catalog with 1 location are included in every plan.
What counts as a monthly issued invoice?
Each sales invoice issued from Tario during the month. Drafts and voided documents do not count.
Do POS sales count toward the plan's invoice limit?
No. The POS has its own counter: unlimited receipts and invoices under fair use, up to 10,000 documents per month per company. If you consistently exceed that, we quote a custom plan.
Can I use the POS with the free plan?
Yes. Tario POS can be added to any plan, including Independent, for $19/month + IVA (or $180/year + IVA).
What is a location and a terminal?
A location is a point of sale or branch; a terminal is a register or payment device. Each location includes up to 3 terminals; each additional location costs $9/month + IVA.
How are AI credits used?
It depends on the size of each task: a short question uses few credits; reading attachments, bank statements, or long histories uses more. The AI usage log shows where they went.
Are credits ever bought automatically?
No. You decide when to buy a package, from Billing. The assistant warns you when your credits are running low, and purchased credits never expire.
What if I need more than 1,000 issued invoices per month?
That is what the Custom plan is for: we review volume, users, AI usage, migration, and support, and give you clear pricing.
Does Tario AI use my data for training?
No. Tario AI runs under zero data retention: it only uses providers that neither keep nor train models on your conversations or documents. If none qualifies, the request is not sent.
