Do all plans include the same features?

Yes. Every plan includes invoicing, purchases, accounting, banking, reconciliation, reports, documents, the AI assistant, catalog, and base inventory with 1 location. The differences are users, issued invoices per month, and included AI credits.

Is advanced inventory an add-on?

Yes. Advanced locations, movements, transfers, adjustments, assignments, and repairs are billed as a $50/month add-on. Base inventory and catalog with 1 location are included in every plan.

What counts as a monthly issued invoice?

Each sales invoice created and issued from Tario during the month counts toward the limit. Drafts and voided documents do not count.

How far does one AI credit go?

For normal usage, one credit usually covers dozens of short questions or several medium tasks, such as reviewing reports, preparing reconciliations, or checking inventory. Requests that process many XMLs, attachments, bank statements, or a large history can use more credits.

Can I buy AI credits automatically?

Yes. In company billing settings, you can turn automatic AI credit purchases on or off when usage requires more credits.

What if I need more than 1,000 issued invoices per month?

The Custom plan is built for that. We review volume, users, AI usage, migration, and support needs so pricing is clear.
