Organization memory: standing instructions for Tario AI
The memory holds instructions Tario AI reads in every conversation of the company (how you invoice, what you prefer, what to avoid). You edit it in Settings → Automation, and the AI can only propose new ones for you to approve.
If you are not signed in, Tario asks you to log in and opens your current company.
Steps
Go to Settings → Automation, tab AI automations, and scroll down to Organization memory.
Click Add instruction, enter a Title (for example "Currency for foreign clients") and the Instruction ("We always invoice clients outside Costa Rica in US dollars") and click Save.
You can also ask in the chat: "Remember that catalog prices already include VAT". Tario AI shows a card with Title and Instruction; it is only saved if someone who manages settings approves it with Approve.
To change an instruction use Edit; to remove it use Delete and confirm. Tario AI stops taking it into account from the next conversation.
Instructions apply to the whole team, but they never override draft approval or the tax rules; within a conversation you can ask for something different and that answer follows your request.
Your data is not used to train models: Tario only sends requests to AI providers with zero data retention, which keep neither what you send nor what they answer.
Tips
- Write short, concrete instructions; each one takes up to 500 characters and a company can have up to 30.
- Tario AI also learns from the drafts you approve (for example a client's usual payment term) to propose better next time.
