- Items and catalogs: creating, tracking stock and reading the kardexA catalog defines the SKU and the link to the sales product; an item is the actual stock (equipment or expendable) valued at the moving weighted-average cost per location.
- Locations, location types and statusesLocations are the places where stock lives (warehouses, shops, vehicles, job sites); types group them and statuses describe items, locations and assignments.
- Movements: receipts, issues, transfers and adjustmentsEvery entry, exit or change of location is a movement with a printable slip. Invoices and bills also move stock on their own, and Tario AI can propose the movement from a received document.
- Assignments: handing equipment to an employee and recording the returnAn assignment places an item in an employee's custody with a signable slip; the return closes the cycle and frees the equipment.
- Repairs: opening the order, sending to the shop and completingA repair order documents the issue, the technician and the cost; it can record the trip to the shop as a movement, the cost as a bill to review and the equipment's return when completed.
- Valuation and cost of goods soldValuation shows what the stock is worth per item and location at average cost; bills capitalize into the Inventory account and invoices post Cost of Goods Sold automatically.
