Sales
Tario user guide: Sales. Steps, tips, common errors, and direct links to each screen.
- Create and issue an electronic invoice or ticketFrom Sales → Invoices you build the document (client, lines with CABYS and VAT, sale condition, payment methods and currency), save it as a draft and issue it; before sending, Tario checks everything Hacienda would reject and e-mails the client once Hacienda accepts.
- Invoice statuses: Hacienda and paymentEvery invoice has a Hacienda status (Status column) and a payment status (Payment column); from the list you query, retry and see Hacienda's response.
- Recording invoice payments and payment receipts (REP)A payment is recorded from the invoice, in full or in part, against a bank account, or by linking a deposit you already imported; on credit sales Tario issues an electronic payment receipt (REP) for every payment.
- Credit and debit notes, Void and ArchiveAn accepted invoice is not edited: it is corrected with a credit note (full or partial) or a debit note that references it. Void issues the credit note for the full amount; Archive only applies to documents without fiscal validity.
- Estimates: create, send and convert into an invoiceAn estimate is a proposal with no fiscal effect: you send it to the client, mark whether it is accepted or declined, and an accepted one becomes an invoice without retyping lines.
- Recurring invoices: schedule, approve and pauseA recurring invoice is a template with a frequency: once approved, Tario generates each invoice on its date and, with automatic sending, issues it to Hacienda and e-mails the client when it is accepted.
- Clients: identification, economic activity and statementThe client record keeps the data Hacienda requires from the receiver (identification, economic activity, e-invoice e-mail), the contacts who receive copies and the account statement.
- Client exoneration (UNDP, embassies, institutions)A client's exoneration authorization is saved on the client and new invoices apply it to every taxed line while it is valid; once it expires, Tario warns and does not apply it.
- Products and services: CABYS, VAT and priceEvery product or service carries the CABYS, whether it is a good or a service and the VAT rate; from that Tario derives internally the tax codes Hacienda asks for, so you never pick them.
- Sending and downloading documents: e-mail, PDF and XMLAccepted invoices are e-mailed automatically with PDF and XML; from the actions menu you can resend them, download the PDF, the signed XML and Hacienda's response, and send estimates.
