Tario user guide: Settings. Steps, tips, common errors, and direct links to each screen.
- Company details and deleting the companySettings → General keeps the company profile, the logo, the language and the time zone; at the bottom of the page the owner can delete the company.
- Currencies and exchange ratesSettings → Currency defines the currencies the company uses on documents; the Banco Central exchange rate is fetched and saved automatically every day.
- Document format: color, font and styleSettings → Document format defines how invoice, estimate and order PDFs look; numbering is not here but under Hacienda → Numbering.
- Connected accounts and integrationsConnected accounts shows the external providers each user can connect; the API, webhooks and the reception e-mail are configured on their own screens.
- Security: password, two-factor and passkeysEach user protects their account under Security (password, two-factor, passkeys); the owner can require two-factor for the whole team in Settings → Security.
- NotificationsThe bell in the top bar flags what needs attention: Hacienda verdicts, supplier documents, deadlines, plan quotas, imports and new members.
