Company details and deleting the company

Settings → General keeps the company profile, the logo, the language and the time zone; at the bottom of the page the owner can delete the company.

If you are not signed in, Tario asks you to log in and opens your current company.

Steps

Open Settings → General. Under Company profile update the name, identification, e-mail, phone and address; under Logo upload the image used on PDFs and e-mails.
Under Localization pick the company Language (used for e-mails, PDFs and Tario AI replies) and the Time zone; under Defaults the default values for new documents.
Save with Save changes. The fiscal address and the identification are what travels to Hacienda on every document.
To delete the company scroll down to Danger zone and use Delete company; only the owner sees it.
If there is an active plan or add-on, Cancel the plan first appears: cancel it from Billing (premium access is lost immediately) and come back.
In the dialog type the Reason, your Current password and, under Confirmation, the exact phrase “Delete {tax id}”; confirm with Delete permanently.
Every member loses access right away and the API tokens are revoked. The company is hidden, not erased: documents are kept for the years Hacienda requires and you can ask for recovery at info@tario.io.

Before deleting, download documents, reports and backups: you will not be able to sign in afterwards.
A company whose initial setup was never finished is deleted from My companies.

Code or message	What it means	How to fix it
`Only the owner can delete the company.`	Your role is not owner.	Ask the owner to delete it or to transfer ownership to you.
`Type exactly ":phrase".`	The confirmation phrase does not match.	Copy the phrase exactly as shown, with the company's tax id.
