Hacienda
Tario user guide: Hacienda. Steps, tips, common errors, and direct links to each screen.
- Connecting the company to HaciendaIn Settings → Hacienda you load the ATV credentials and the signing certificate, the issuer activity, the proration and the numbering; without them invoices are saved as drafts but not issued.
- Test and production environmentsThe Hacienda environment (test or production) is set by the Tario installation and shown as a read-only badge; each document belongs to the environment it was issued in and the other environment's documents are not shown.
- Why Hacienda rejects a document and how to fix itBefore sending, Tario checks almost everything Hacienda would reject; if a rejection still comes back, you read the reason on the invoice and fix it by issuing a new document or, once accepted, with a note.
- When Hacienda does not respond: issuing without internetIf Hacienda stops responding, Tario detects it and shows a banner; you can keep issuing in the no-internet situation and Tario sends the queued documents as soon as Hacienda is back, within the legal window.
- Hacienda operations: the fiscal queueHacienda operations gathers the documents that need something from Hacienda: validate lines, send, query status, resend e-mails and download XML, with a diagnosis per document.
- Branches, terminals and sequence numbersDocument numbering lives in Settings → Hacienda → Numbering: each branch and terminal keeps its own sequence per document type, which is part of the 50-digit key.
