Hacienda operations: the fiscal queue
Hacienda operations gathers the documents that need something from Hacienda: validate lines, send, query status, resend e-mails and download XML, with a diagnosis per document.
If you are not signed in, Tario asks you to log in and opens your current company.
Steps
Open Hacienda Operations from the menu. The tiles show Ready to send, Processing, Rejected and Queryable.
Filter with All queued, Needs attention or Accepted. Each row shows Document, Client, Type, Key, Status, Diagnostic and Last event.
The Diagnostic column says what to do: Send to Hacienda, Query Hacienda status, Fix the error and retry, Send customer email or No action needed.
Select documents and pick the operation: Validate lines, Send to Hacienda, Query status, Resend email or Download XML; confirm with Run operation.
Retry rejected queues again the ones that failed on connection; Download log gets the send history. Open reception takes you to supplier documents.
Recent batch result shows the last send, the response and the e-mail.
Tips
- Queryable documents have a key but no final status yet: querying them resends nothing.
