Connecting the company to Hacienda

In Settings → Hacienda you load the ATV credentials and the signing certificate, the issuer activity, the proration and the numbering; without them invoices are saved as drafts but not issued.

If you are not signed in, Tario asks you to log in and opens your current company.

Steps

  1. Open Settings → Hacienda. The Connection tab shows the active Environment and the status of the Credentials and the Certificate.

  2. Use Edit credentials and enter the ATV e-invoicing Hacienda username and Hacienda password (not your personal ATV login); they must belong to the environment shown on the badge.

  3. Upload the cryptographic key's Certificate (.p12 / .pfx) and its Certificate PIN. Tario checks the file and shows the Certificate subject, Expires on and Days remaining; the status becomes Valid, Expiring soon or Expired.

  4. In the Issuance tab pick the Issuer economic activity you invoice under and, if you want, turn on Accept received documents automatically when the window closes.

  5. In VAT & proration set the Fiscal year, the proration, the per-rate ratios and the defaults for new products; Calculate from previous year takes them from your documents.

  6. In Numbering check branches, terminals and the last number issued for each document type before the first invoice.

  7. Issue a test invoice: if something is missing, the editor shows Configure Hacienda before sending invoices with a link to what is pending.

Tips

  • Tario warns you when the certificate is about to expire; renew it in ATV and upload the new file before the date so issuing does not stop.
  • The certificate and passwords are stored encrypted in private storage and are only used to sign and transmit.
