AI automations and insights

Seven automations review your data on their own and leave alerts and suggestions in Insights; they are on by default and can be switched off per company in Settings → Automation.

If you are not signed in, Tario asks you to log in and opens your current company.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings → Automation and open the AI automations tab. Each row shows what it does, When it runs, Model, Estimated cost, Used this month and Last run.

  2. The automations are: Classify received bills and Unusual bill alerts (on every received bill), Reconciliation proposals (when a bank statement is imported), Collections priority and Inventory reorder (daily), Weekly digest (Mondays, also by e-mail) and Month-close assistant (last 3 days of the month).

  3. All of them start switched on. Use each row's Turn on :name switch to turn it off or back on; the change applies to this company only.

  4. To limit spending, enter a Monthly credit cap and click Save cap. When the cap is reached the automation pauses until next month.

  5. Results arrive as cards in Insights (side menu), in the AI insights panel on the dashboard and in the Tario AI bubble, which shows how many are unread.

  6. In Insights, review each card and use its action (for example Link or Create purchase order); Tario asks you to confirm before writing anything. Dismiss removes it from Active, Snooze 7 days hides it for a week and Restore brings it back from Dismissed.

  7. To dig deeper, use Ask about this insight: Tario AI opens with the card as context.

Tips

  • Tario computes the numbers; the AI only explains them or settles unclear cases. Classified lines show as Suggested by AI in Reception until you accept them.
  • The free plan only gets the Weekly digest, and Inventory reorder needs the inventory add-on.
  • People only see insights for the modules they are allowed to view; only people who manage settings can change the automations.
