Reports: financial statements, books and returns
Reports gathers the financial statements, the Hacienda sales and purchases books, the return drafts (Form 150 or D-104, D-103, D-151, D-101) and the client, vendor and account reports, with CSV, PDF and XLSX exports.
If you are not signed in, Tario asks you to log in and opens your current company.
Steps
Open Accounting → Reports. The Report directory groups Financial statements, Tax reports, Client reports, Vendor reports and Detailed reports.
Financial statements: Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement. Choose Start date and End date (or a preset such as This month or Year to date), the As of date for the balance sheet — the report updates as you change them.
Tax reports: Libro de Ventas and Libro de Compras by Month and Year, IVA Declaration (Form 150 or D-104 draft with debit, credit, prorrata and balance), Fiscal Debit Detail, Fiscal Credit Detail, Card Retentions, D-103 Withholdings at source and D-101 Income tax (draft).
Books and the return are always calculated in colones (CRC for Hacienda filing) even if the company invoices in dollars; each document uses its own exchange rate.
Client and vendor reports: Accounts Receivable Aging and Accounts Payable Aging, Balance Summary and Payment Performance.
Detailed reports: Account Balances, Trial Balance (Standard or Post-closing type), Account Transactions and Journal Book.
Export with Export CSV, Export PDF or Export XLSX. Books have Export sales book and Export purchases book; the return has Export D-104 XML; the informative returns have Export D-151 CSV and Export D-103 CSV.
Tips
- Under Card Retentions you can record the Actual retained balance reported by the card processor with Save retention; the IVA draft uses it instead of the suggested one.
- A closed month shows its frozen return; to change anything, open a rectification from Fiscal close.
