Media: library, folders, attachments and AI search
The library stores every company file and everything you attach to any record; Tario extracts the text to classify files, search them and let Tario AI read them.
If you are not signed in, Tario asks you to log in and opens your current company.
Steps
Organization → Media stores every company document: what you upload here and what you attach to invoices, bills, repairs or contracts. The header shows how many Files there are and the Storage used.
Create Folders from the left panel with Folder name and, to nest it, Parent folder; click New folder. All files shows the whole library.
Click Upload files and choose the document. Accepted types: images (JPG, PNG, GIF, WEBP), PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OpenDocument, CSV, TXT and XML; up to 10 MB per file (5 MB per image) and 10 files per upload. SVG, HTML and executables are not accepted.
On upload, Tario reads the content and files it with AI into the most suitable folder (Use AI folder classification); the indexed percentage tells how many files already have extracted text.
Select a file to see its Metadata (Type, Folder, Uploaded by, indexed) and edit Name, Folder, Caption and Alt text; Save applies the changes. Use Preview, Download or Delete.
To attach a file to any record use Attach file in its Attachments panel: upload it there or pick one From library. Removing an attachment does not delete the file from the library. Product photos are uploaded under Product images and the first one is the main image.
With AI search describe what you are looking for (for example “contracts expiring this quarter”) and Tario interprets it over the extracted text. In the chat, Tario AI can also search and read these files to answer you.
Tips
- A folder with content cannot be deleted: move or delete its files first.
- Files attached to an invoice are sent along with the document e-mail.
Common errors
